Praveen is the Co-founder of the firm. He is experienced in the field of taxation laws, company law, auditing, corporate finance restructuring, profit enhancement planning, etc. A Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce. He spearheads the technology initiatives of the firm. The firm has a 'paper less' policy and as the technology team head, he has introduced a digital method of ensuring all documents are easy to get hold of, not only helping the firm's paperless policy, but saving time too.
He is the Co- founder of the firm. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a graduate in Commerce. He is practicing since 2012. Heading the regulatory services team, he brings his experience of years and a well-earned reputation in statutory representation with regulatory and government departments. With a calm business head, he specialises in business advisory services and heads the strategy and business development front of the firm.
